Photo-Trail: Djindjic and Glazer on Jastrebac

Jastrebac was the favorite recreational destination for one of the biggest Serbian political reformers, the tragically assassinated Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic.

This photograph taken in 1979 speaks a lot more about his unquenchable love of the slopes of Jastrebac than thousands of odes written in honour of this unique mountain. We see him in the company of Dr. Ivan Glazer, a great friend of his from Zagreb, a lawyer and philosopher, who recently translated into German Zoran’s book of political essays called “Yugoslavia As An Incomplete State”.
